TUCSON, Ariz. (July 26, 2017) – Casino Del Sol took the closing ceremonies of Romero Awards by storm last week by winning multiple awards. One award was the Diamond Award for Electronic Marketing (Email and Mobile), Large Casino. The ceremony which recognizes excellence in casino marketing, was held at the annual Casino Marketing & Technology Conference in Las Vegas.
Romero Awards recognize gaming operators that best fulfils the spirit of Romero’s more than 45-year crusade for effective, measurable and accountable gaming marketing expenditures. The winners are selected by a panel of expert judges. Casino Del Sol entered the Romero Awards with PRO-Host, a mobile hosting product that is used across its entire operation.
PRO-Host is a powerful tool that delivers real-time analytics to support Player Development teams with on-demand information about players on the floor. The module is data driven and visual. It is designed to improve the timeliness and relevance of host-player interactions, identify & convert high-value uncoded players into the development program, and more importantly, track host performance. The module is designed to be run on an iOS or Android device. PRO-Host effectively empowers the casino host to uncover unrealized player value by visually reporting real-time activities and allowing the host to take immediate action. Ultimately PRO-Host results in a better player experience and yields better long term profitability.
